Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
The opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly competent Tautāwhi | Administrator to work alongside a busy team in UC's Business School, providing professional, proactive and confidential administrative support services for the University's flagship MBA Programme (and its affiliated programmes).
Responsibilities include day-to-day administrative support, engagement with a professional experienced adult cohort, coordinating academic programmes, maintaining information management systems, coordinating events, courses and meetings. The successful candidate can expect to be in regular contact with senior leaders from industry and enjoy a high level of autonomy in a dynamic and energetic team.
Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have administrative experience in an education-related or business environment with a strong customer service focus, as well as:
- experience coordinating courses, workshops and events and general office organisation
- a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- a positive can-do attitude, with energy, drive and initiative
- excellent intrapersonal skills to carry out duties such as front of house reception greeting students and staff
- proven experience and commitment to enhancing cultural awareness and competence.
