Position Overview

We have an exciting and interesting opportunity for a Maintenance Scheduler who will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of asset monitoring systems in the University Estates Department. The focus of the role includes providing comprehensive support maintaining preventative maintenance schedules to meet Building Act compliance requirements, service schedules, and load asset information required by the University to underpin maintenance and reporting activities.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate should have experience in asset management systems, familiarity with database structures, preventative maintenance scheduling, asset data quality, and knowledge of the Building Act.

The candidate should be capable of providing maintenance and asset related advice to senior managers and possess relevant equivalent experience in an asset management environment within a nationally dispersed organisation or tertiary qualification in engineering or property.
