Part-time at 22.5 hours a week (0.6FTE)
Fixed-term role June 2023 - January 2025.
Hours: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 9am-2:30pm, Wednesday 9am-5pm (hours are open to discussion with the successful candidate).

Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
You will work as part of the Macmillan Brown Library team who provide a range of services, resources and expertise from our art, archives and published collections to support learning, teaching and research. This will include
- Providing front facing customer services for the Library including support to on-campus and distance students, staff and community.
- Assist with the maintenance of access to collections within the Library, provide a safe and welcoming environment for library users, support blended online learning, and contribute towards campus-wide library services.
Mōu | Who You Are
You will be a customer-focussed person with a passion for helping staff and students access information and creating a welcoming environment, particularly for Māori and Pasifika customers.
You have at least two year's work experience in a Library, office, or customer service environment.
You have knowledge of methods of organising and finding information in libraries and administrative procedures and systems such as managing files and records.
An understanding of te Tiriti o Waitangi (Treaty of Waitangi) and a respect for te ao Māori is important.
