Te āheinga: The opportunity
This is a full time permanent salaried position working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours p/week.
We seek a person with passion and experience for teaching Accounting and related subjects at our beautiful Mt Albert campus. This role involves teaching Financial Accounting, Audit & Assurance, Accounting Information Systems, Analytics and Taxation courses in our undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
Our programs offer an excellent balance between 'academic excellence' and 'industry experience' for our student's employability. You will have a student-centered approach and are committed to seeing our students succeed in their learning journey through our unique blended learning programs which require your academic and professional expertise.
He kōrero mōu: About you
You will bring a passion for supporting students and proven accounting expertise, ideally in academia and industry.
To be successful in this role you will also be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum of a Masters degree in Accounting or closely related area
- Previous experience in teaching at the post-graduate level
- Previous teaching experience in Financial Accounting, Audit & Assurance, Accounting Information Systems, Analytics and Taxation.
- Commitment to treaty-based partnership

The remuneration range for the successful candidate is between $50,220 and $77,563.
