Mō te tūnga | About the role

We are looking for a full-time experienced Administrator to contribute to the Learning Delivery Directorate. You will have skills and experience in administering a wide range of online systems and applications, preparing reports, processing invoices, team administration, and working across a varied organisation.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Demonstrated effective customer focus skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Minute taking experience

You will have;

  • A tertiary qualification
  • Previous administration experience
  • The ability to proactively anticipate situations, create opportunities, and demonstrate personal initiative and be action orientated.
