Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As an International Conversion and Engagement Coordinator you will develop and execute conversion strategies, including nurture and communication plans, in partnership with UC's external providers. You will work to improve conversion and engagement from international student applicants to achieve student recruitment targets.

Mōu | Who You Are

To be successful in this role you will have experience working in the international education sector along with

  • Experience in enquiry and offer management, direct marketing, and lead nurturing
  • Knowledge and experience in managing external service providers in an account management capacity
  • Practical knowledge of servicing the customer experience and user journey mapping
  • Experience in working with and maintaining databases
  • Active commitment to upholding the values, tikanga (protocols and processes), kawa (rules) of cultural practice and traditions as guided by mana whenua, Ngāi Tūāhuriri, and valuing te reo Māori
