The International Admissions Coordinator is a member of the Student Admissions Unit within International Team. The International Admissions Coordinator is a part of a multi-cultural team dedicated to excellence in service to international ākonga (students), agents as well as internal and external stakeholders. The role is responsible for providing student focused admissions service to prospective and current International ākonga.
The International Admissions Coordinator will:
- Process international applications in a timely manner
- Provide active support and a positive contribution to the wider team
- Ensure that the work environment reflects a strong focus on quality, continuous improvement and Health and Safety
- Ensure the delivery of customer service and standards are exceptional to internal and external customers.
About you / He kōrero mōu
As the ideal applicant you will have proven capability and experience in the following:
- Tertiary qualification of at least diploma level in administration and/or another relevant discipline
- At least 3 years’ experience in administration and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Experience within the tertiary education sector (desirable)
