iQualify is Open Polytechnic's customer-facing learning experience platform, provided as a software-as-a-service offering to hundreds of organisations and hundreds of thousands of learners around the world.  We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to join our talented and broad team. You'll join a broad product team with roles ranging from UX, visual design, learning design, customer experience and software developers. 

In this role you will be responsible for

  • Building integrations for partner to use (zero code solutions for partners) and integration examples, and writing technical documentation to support partners
  • Working with support engineers to troubleshoot network and partner integrations and with communication and customer experience managers to consult with partners and develop appropriate solutions for partner integrations (Consultation and Solution Development)
  • The development and maintenance of the iQualify integration documentation which uses an industry standard for Open API
  • Research and development into approaches for third party integrations into the iQualify platform and serves as integration specialist in this role.

We are looking for applicants with

  • Experience in integration or solution development in a SaaS environment - must be able to develop integrations
  • A good understanding of real time events webhooks, Open API
  • Experience working with third party tools like Azure Logic apps or Zapier
  • Experience in using analytics to help inform direction and approach
  • Expertise in translating bugs and integration scenarios into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate information, concepts, and arguments effectively.
