We're excited to be on the hunt for our next data artist aka HR Reporting Analyst to join our People & Culture team. 

About the role 

We are looking for a superstar to join our team during a transformation era.  Your mission will help us transition between software applications and narrate the stories and visualisations of our diverse workforce - raising the mahi of our reporting team and value to our organisation.

Skills and Experience 

To make the most of the opportunity, you'll have a perfect mix of techy, organisation and beautification skills, and you'll take great pride in delivering a quality product.

You'll be tasked with maintaining, developing and producing insightful people data analytics, visualisations, reports and business intelligence using a great suite of HR tech - TechnologyOne, PowerBi, Business Objects, ServiceNow and SnapHire.   

Ideally, our next workmate will have:

  • 5 years of experience in people data artistry or similar
  • Experience using data reporting engines, tools and advanced excel skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • The ability to look at the bigger picture and keen to get amongst the nitty gritty
