About the role

You will partner with the business to provide internal consulting to your business units. Your role focus will be ensuring our leaders understand the value of HR. You could be involved in anything from building leadership capability and employee engagement, to workforce planning and performance management. You will support and challenge your business units to respond to changing business requirements. Your partnership doesn't stop there as you will also be working collaboratively with P&C Centres of Excellence to deliver great outcomes for your business. The complexity of our environment will expose you to unique opportunities and challenges.

Skills and Experience

You will be used to operating as a trusted advisor in a professional HR team. You will also bring with you:

  • At least 10 years Business Partnering experience in a large, complex organisation
  • Maturity, energy and commitment
  • Strong business partnering and relationship management skills
  • Experience working with Centres of Excellence to deliver outcomes for your business
  • Experience in change management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resilience
