The Role/Te mahi This is a fantastic opportunity for you to recognise your digital skills and experience, stepping up to manage and supervise a team of product leads and systems specialists that deliver services across the University-wide portfolio of existing systems – both on-premise and cloud-based services. The portfolio of enterprise systems is broad and diverse reflecting the complexity of the University, so you will be the type of person that enjoys variety and can comfortably manage a range of different work streams. In this role you will oversee the operational day-to-day delivery and improvement of the enterprise-wide portfolio of enabling information systems across administrative, operational, teaching and research functions. Kā pūkeka me kā wheako/Skills and experience Ideally, you will have a strong client focus and the ability to champion product-focused service delivery, continuous improvement and change. You will have experience in supervising software application focused technical teams in a complex environment and large-scale enterprise systems environment. You will be a strong collaborator who is accustomed to working closely with other teams across development, test, data and integration functions to deliver agreed outcomes. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, agile methodologies, change management, and data analysis experience will be key in helping you to manage specialist support functions, enhancements and improvements of software and SaaS systems across the enterprise. Strong and varied technical experience and previous experience managing critical enterprise systems that required working closely with business owners to deliver great outcomes will enable you to lead from the front in this role.
