Mō te tūnga | About the role

Our Finance Assistants are a key part of the Financial Services Team, who work together to provide leadership in financial and business management, as well as managing financial resources to ensure the long-term viability of the Open Polytechnic. 

The role has a focus on accounts receivable including receipting and collection of overdue balances, accounts payable, and general financial and administration support for the team. You'll be working closely with the Financial Services Team and other areas of the organisation, and externally with learners, other customers and suppliers.
