We are currently recruiting experienced Personal Assistants and Executive Assistants. 

You'll need to be happy working in the city, but there are occasionally roles at our North and South campus's too. 

To be a temp at AUT you will:

  • have a minimum of 6 months good experience as an EA or PA 
  • be willing and flexible with a great work ethic
  • be able to work independently, multi task and think on your feet under pressure

You must be available to start work IMMEDIATELY - and for a minimum of 6 months
