The role / Te mahi This is an exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator with a proven track record in delivering high-quality services and output at a senior level. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, Information Technology Services (ITS). The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in an ever-evolving environment. You will be a part of the wider Divisional Services and Administration team, flexibly providing administrative services across the University. A strong relationship focus, and commitment to continuous improvement will be critical to your success. About our team/Mō te tīma Executive Assistant roles are part of the Divisional Services and Administration Division, a team of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery to the University’s internal and external customers. The Director, Information Technology Services, provides leadership, direction and vision across the University's nationwide Information Technology portfolio. Further details/Pūroko This is a full-time (37.5 hours) fixed-term position for a 13-month duration, located in Dunedin. We offer a competitive salary, five weeks annual leave, a 6.75% superannuation scheme, and the ability to achieve real work/life balance.
