Te āheinga: The opportunity

In this integral frontline role, your focus will be to process the Enrolments of our Domestic and International students into their classes. Most of your mahi will be completed online; however, from time to time, you will need to speak directly to our students if needed.

This role is for a 12-month fixed-term period.

You'll come from a strong customer service background, ideally gained within a tertiary environment. You will also demonstrate: 

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Customer-centric solution-focused
• Competent user of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Fast-paced learner
• An understanding or desire to learn Te Reo Māori, Tikanga Māori, and the values and practices of Kaupapa Māori
• Evidence of active engagement in building diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces/environments
