Director International Recruitment
Mō te tūka | The role
The Director, International Recruitment is responsible to the Director, Student Engagement for attracting international students to the University. Specifically, they are responsible for the internal and external relationship management that creates pipelines which engage with and attract international students (undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD) to Lincoln, and for working across the University and with external partners to convert expressions of interest to applications and enrolments.
This is a permanent role working 37.5 hours per week based at our Lincoln Campus. For full details, view the position description as below.
Kā tino Pūkeka/Whēako | Essential skills/experience for the role
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Bachelor's Degree (honors/post graduate preferred)
- Minimum 5 Years' experience in an international recruitment role
- Evidence of meeting international recruitment targets over an extended period of time
- Evidence of communication of credible advice to stakeholders
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Demonstrable knowledge of drawing on additional resources to provide appropriate support and advice for customers.
- Experience in communicating confidently with stakeholders at all levels, as well as developing and maintain existing relationships
- Demonstrable knowledge of degree structures and the value of research in a tertiary setting to effectively market both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes offshore.
