Mahi Ngātahi | Who You Will Work With
The Marketing team provides account management expertise to assist in the delivery of a consistent and powerful University of Canterbury (UC) brand experience. Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As the Digital Marketing Support Specialist you will provide administrative and technical services and support that assist the Marketing team in achieving its operational and project objectives. 

You will be responsible for project coordination support across the Marketing team, including collaborating with faculties and clients from other service departments across the University to deliver on activities and campaigns. You will also focus on ensuring proper and efficient processes and workflows are in place and adhered to.

 

Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience in a marketing coordination or support role in a medium to large organisation, along with:

  • Demonstrated resilience and organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities, manage time, and plan work to meet deadlines, and escalate when appropriate
  • A good knowledge of the tertiary education sector is preferable
  • Experience in web design and graphics packages such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience applying information design to websites and applications to create a structure and layout aimed at specified audiences. 
  • A demonstrated understanding of web, mobile and related emerging technologies
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a strong discipline of adhering to standards.
