An opportunity to help our lovely front of house staff over the busy Christmas period has arisen at the Rotorua Thermal Holiday Park.  If you enjoy guest interaction and have the ability to multi task then we would love to hear from you.  

We require two staff from mid December to early February 2023 to support the front of house with the front desk.  The role includes:

  • Checking in guests
  • Dealing with any enquiries, answering telephone calls and emails
  • Liaising with the housekeeping team to ensure the smooth running of a very busy holiday park. 

Being a busy role, it would suit someone who can:

  • Provide an exceptional guest experience
  • Think on their feet and work unsupervised with a positive, can do attitude
  •  Perform general Front of House duties using Microsoft Office, cash handling and financial reconciliation, all with an attention to detail

Full training and support is given so if you would like to work in a fun environment please .  This role is on a rostered basis so some evening and weekend work will apply and is a great opportunity to give you an insight to the tourism sector.
