Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience in delivering cultural capability programs.
  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and create a supportive learning environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with participants.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a learning and development role, with a Diversity and Inclusion focus.
  • An accredited training qualification.
  • Proven experience in delivering training programs in a large, complex organisation.
  • Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and build rapport with participants.
