We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Faculty International Manager. This senior position within the Faculty of Culture and Society is a key member of the Faculty Executive Committee, responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for the Faculty's international programs and initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Faculty's reputation for excellence in international student recruitment, retention, and student learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement annual and long-term recruitment plans and strategies for international students.
  • Support the development of a shared Faculty strategy focused on growing international student opportunities.
  • Foster partnerships with international agents, university colleagues, academic partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide insights and data to support Faculty program development processes.
  • Plan and advocate for resources to ensure exceptional student learning experiences.
  • Oversee operational management of CSOC international recruitment, student experience, and program delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations, including the Education Code of Practice.
  • Manage financial and HR aspects of international programs, including budgeting and procurement.
