About the opportunity

As with all support roles at Manaaki Whenua, this permanent, full time role is all about supporting our Science outcomes.  Specifically, this position supports the Site Manager to ensure the efficient running of our Hamilton site and will also have some National areas of engagement.  

Our team is all about promoting and implementing efficient and effective (best practice) management of site operations, and you will work with Science & Support leaders, staff, and key suppliers to provide:

  • Fully compliant contractor management, emergency management, and site related HSE compliance systems.
  • Customer satisfaction through managing processes and procedures that ensure quality and timeliness of service delivery.

About you

The person best suited to this position will demonstrate strong coordination and people skills with the ability to forward plan, prioritise and get things done in liaison with others through influence and coordination.
