Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
We have a exciting opportunity for a Content Writer to join our team. In this role you will perform technical writing, copy editing, provides research, and editorial assistance to departments and faculties. You will also assist in the preparation and layout of content required. As required, you will be tasked with reviewing drafts; suggesting improvements for readability, organization, and clarity; discuss editorial style, policy, and schedules; and track work in progress to ensure completion as scheduled

Mōu | Who You Are
A successful applicant will have a Bachelor's Degree/Graduate Diploma (NZQA Level 7) in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, Information Management or a related field, and the following:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a content writing role.
  • Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders.
  • Project management experience.
  • Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with single-source publishing, electronic publishing, and XML-based publishing is beneficial.
  • Chinese and/or other language skills are beneficial.
  • Passion, integrity, and energy!
