Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

Te Herenga Waka - Victoria University of Wellington is currently recruiting a Part-time Client Services Analyst to join the Service Desk team, which is part of the Digital Solutions directorate. The role will be responsible for providing excellent customer service via telephone, email and webchat to staff and students of the University. This role involves working 2-3 shifts per week during evenings (until 9:00pm) and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Service Desk and remote desktop support for faults and service requests
  • Liaise with other teams, both within and outside of Digital Solutions, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately record all job details in call logging software (Alemba Service Manager), ensuring sufficient details are recorded to ensure any follow up action that may be required is able to be undertaken in an efficient manner
  • Use troubleshooting skills to diagnose and provide solutions for IT problems.
