Café Supervisor

We're searching for a passionate Café Supervisor who shares our love for food, coffee, and exceptional service within the university setting. AUT operates four bustling food outlets across our city and south campuses, with another soon opening on the North Shore campus. We need a service-oriented individual to oversee café operations at our city campus, ensuring efficient delivery of guest services and maintaining the highest standards to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational oversight of the café.
• Ensure efficient delivery of guest services.
• Maintain high standards of food and beverage handling and presentation.
• Operate and maintain two and three-group coffee machines.
• Foster a strong customer focus among café staff.
• Demonstrate proficiency in English, both oral and written.
• Exhibit self-management skills, including organisation and time management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in café supervision.
• Proficiency in food and beverage handling and presentation.
• Experience with two and three-group coffee machines.
• Strong customer focus.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Effective self-management skills, including organization and time management.
