AUT's Brand and Marketing team are looking for a brand strategist with experience in production management to envision and deliver great in-house creative and digital projects. This is a fulltime permanent position.

You will be responsible for envisioning creative ways to bring the AUT brand to life, which will include the management of a range of large-scale creative and digital projects - including design, content, marketing automation, web development, video production and digital advertising. You'll plan and prioritise based on wider team strategy acting as the key point of contact for the team on large-scale brand campaigns and events. You'll oversee all workflow and be responsible for identifying and implementing new processes and systems to ensure the smooth operations of the project delivery. Your brand strategy and production management skills and ability to juggle a broad range of projects is critical to your success in this role.

This role is the key liaison point between our in-house brand, marketing and recruitment teams, and external delivery teams, so you'll be an excellent communicator and have top-notch collaboration and stakeholder management skills. You will be supported by two brand account managers who are the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations.

Strategic brand experience, as well as agency or studio management experience is required, and you'll thrive in the detail of timelines, deadlines, briefs and budgets. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a creative environment and is confident providing direction about production management and brand management.
