The UC Sustainability Office is an on-campus hub for individuals and groups interested in how they can create positive change and promote sustainable practices within the University of Canterbury and wider community.

The Sustainability Office organizes events, communicates pathways for change, promotes sustainability and supports a network of individuals and working groups across campus and wider community. Āu Mahi | What You Will Do

As the Biodiversity Projects Coordinator you will facilitate and support the planning, implementation, monitoring, reporting and review of agreed elements of the University's Biodiversity Plans.

You will coordinate biodiversity monitoring at the University and hands-on biodiversity project implementation. You will work with top University biodiversity experts to develop practical plans.

You hold a Bachelor's Degree, a scientific background, and have sound knowledge of and passion for biodiversity issues and biodiversity projects.

As you will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, it's important that you can build productive and positive working relationships. You should be a clear communicator and be able to effectively manage your time.
