About the role:

Lead the application support of assigned applications throughout its lifecycle. This includes the management of resources and technical contribution for enhancements; upgrades; BAU support; configurations and contribution to the development of their roadmap. To provide a strong focus on team leadership, meeting agreed support SLAs and to provide mentoring, training and guidance of other team members as required.

Essential Skills:

  • Lead a high-performing team of support senior specialists.
  • Experience in scripting and development using JavaScript, APIs, and web services.
  • Experience in organising and facilitating prioritisation and planning using agile delivery methodology.
  • A high level of knowledge of how applications function, integrate, and interrelate within a large environment.
  • Understand release and change management.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of database structures, MSSQL, and SSIS.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Dynamics CRM, and Technology One products.
  • A relevant tertiary IT qualification.
