Our Student Journey Experience team support improved student learning. UC is moving towards a world-leading blended learning eco-system, underpinned by interactive learning content, online labs, and virtual classes.

Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the platform Dynamics 365, ensuring it meets needs and provides the greatest value to University students and staff. You will be involved with the support and enhancement of health centre, accommodation and recreation centre software and systems. Working with the product team, you will prioritise building/delivering what matters most to achieve the strategic goals and initiatives behind the product.

You will champion modern products and agile delivery in the design and delivery of world-class digital product experiences, driving to be part of the best digital team in the NZ Tertiary sector.

Mōu | Who You Are
You have strong digital product configuration skills, from building workflows and templates and dashboards to planning releases of larger enhancements.

A good sense of 'digital awareness', a passion for technology, a drive to build great experiences for end users, and stakeholder engagement skills are key for your success in this role. You will have good relationship building skills with a diverse range of people - from both highly technical and non-technical backgrounds. Additionally, you will have an ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise conflicting demands, with experience or exposure in working to agile and lean practices.
