Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As a Agent Network and Conversion Coordinator you will contribute to the growth of international student numbers through the coordination and management of the agent network. You will be responsible for the full administration process of the agent network, including managing potential agent enquiries and application, contract coordination, performance reviews commission payments and training and engagement plans. You will also assist with the wider conversion of international students to the university, as part of the Student Recruitment Team.

Mōu | Who You Are
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an administrative function in a large organisation, along with

  • experience in managing complex contracts end-to-end
  • experience in the analysis of data to make decisions and present clear recommendations to senior managers
  • experience in managing promotional activities and events for external stakeholders, including budget management
  • strong proficiency in project coordination
  • demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to act on solutions without guidance and supervision
  • experience in creating rapport and developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
