You will enjoy building strong internal and external relationships with a variety of stakeholders, delivering comprehensive support using a case management approach.  You will be proactive, energetic, and pragmatic; able to demonstrate professional practice working with policy and legislation and sharing expertise in an educational and engaging way.

To be successful in this role, you will have;

  • an ability to deliver a high quality, professional service using case management methodologies
  • experience in needs assessment in a tertiary environment, with a focus on support and coordination of appropriate assistance for at-risk students
  • experience with monitoring, analysis and reporting, and continuous improvement to services 

You will thrive on responsibility, accountability and ownership for your role and actions. If you have a professional approach, are flexible, adaptable, assertive and proactive with high levels of initiative, then we want to hear from you.  These roles are based on the North Shore and City campuses, however flexibility to travel to any of our three campuses, is required.
