The role/Te mahi

As an Administrator for Uniprint, you will join a tight knit, supportive and experienced team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of their operations.

Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative activities including:
•    Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
•    Supporting the coordination of the Campus Courier. 
•    Financial administration, such as purchasing and invoicing. 

You will also be part of a wider team of administrators working across campus within Divisional Services and Administration.

This position would suit an individual who brings a willingness to learn and a great sense of humour.

Along with excellent administration skills, a strong customer service focus is critical to success in this role. 

We are looking for candidates with:
•    Proven experience as an administrator or customer-facing, support-based role. 
•    A passion for delivering exceptional service to customers.
•    A desire to learn new skills and a commitment to contributing to a positive team environment.
•    Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
•    Excellent organisational and time management skills.
•    A self-starter attitude and the ability to work as part of a team and individually.

Divisional Services and Administration are a team of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery to all the University’s internal and external customers.

Uniprint provides a wide range of popular printing services such as: binding; bulk copying and printing; campus courier; digital printing; lamination; poster printing and printed stationery.

This is a permanent, full-time (37.5 hours) position, located in Dunedin.

Hours of work are 8.30 am to 5:00pm, Monday – Friday.

The appointment range for this role is $59,285 to $63,651. Top of Range $68,744.
