We are seeking a proactive and motivated administration professional to join the Vice-Chancellor's Office.

This varied and exciting position will see you working closely with a small, vibrant executive team that supports the Vice-Chancellor. You'll be comfortable receiving VIP guests, managing high level events, arranging travel and finance, handling it all with sensitivity and discretion.

Attitude is everything in this role and we are seeking someone who is energetic, motivated and a quick learner.  You will have the ability to prioritise and multi-task.

To be successful you will need:

  • Office administration experience including reception
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office
  • Impeccable communication skills including strong punctuation and grammar
  • A customer-service mindset with a can-do attitude
  • An ability to work independently and within a team
  • Initiative, and a willingness to adapt and learn
  • The ability to prioritise a wide variety of tasks with conflicting deadlines with grace and composure
