Te āheinga: The opportunity

In this integral frontline role, your focus will be to enroll our Domestic and International students into their classes. Most of your mahi will be completed online however from time to time you will need to speak directly to our students if there is something that needs a little bit more investigation.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day with flexible start and finish times across the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm.

You'll come from a strong customer service background, ideally gained within a tertiary environment. You will also demonstrate: 

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Customer-centric solution focused
• Competent user of Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
