In this role you will provide proactive teaching, timetabling and administrative support to one or more work areas and will become a trusted point of contact for a range of students, staff and visitors. CLIENT SERVICES WELLINGTON
• Coordinating the rosters of the students in the academic and clinical settings.
• Providing teaching, timetabling, clinical placement coordination in liaison with the teaching and clinical staff.
• Coordinating student assessments.
• Providing student support.
• Providing administration support, such as document drafting, correspondence, making travel arrangements and document and records management.
• Using University systems to maintain databases, extracting data, providing reports and other relevant data.
• Proven experience in a busy administration role where high levels of customer service delivery are expected.
• A passion for delivering exceptional assistance to customers.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of programmes.
