CLIENT SERVICES The role/Te mahi As an Administrator in the Department of Psychology within the Division of Sciences, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of this team. You will support academic teaching staff in undergraduate and postgraduate administration. The work involved will include: • Course administration. We require a great team player, a positive well-organised person with excellent time management skills and the ability to form good working relationships. You will be part of a wider team of Administrators working within the Division of Sciences. We are looking for candidates with: • Proven experience as an administrator or in a customer-facing, support-based role. About our team/Mō te tīma The Department of Psychology is part of the Division of Sciences at the University of Otago, and consists of more than 80 academic and professional support staff. The Department has an excellent research culture and has been ranked in the top 50 Psychology Departments in the world since the inception of the QS world rankings. Client Services are a team of highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience to all the University’s internal and external customers. Further details/Pūroko This is a full time (37.5 hours per week) permanent position, based in Dunedin. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this position. These positions are remunerated at Level 5, with the appointment range $65,281 to $69,648 per annum.
