If so, this is the job for you! As an Administrator within our Client Services team, you will support one or more departments helping to ensure the smooth operation of that particular work area. You will become a trusted point of contact for a range of students, staff and visitors, so your strong customer service skills will be an advantage. About our team/Mō te tīma The Client Services team in Christchurch is made up of over 35 highly skilled professional staff responsible for delivering an outstanding student and staff experience through high quality, effective service delivery and administrative support to all of the University’s internal and external customers. Further details/Pūroko This is a part-time (30 hours per week / 0.8FTE), fixed term (12 months) position, located in Christchurch. The hours are to be worked over 4 - 5 days, which must include a Wednesday, and some afternoon hours up to 3.00pm. The appointment range for this position is $59,285 to $63,651 per annum, top of range $68,744 per annum, pro rata. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this position. • Providing a wide range of administrative support including meeting support, diary management, document drafting, correspondence and document management, transactional finance, organising travel, and records management.
• Coordinating undergraduate placements and postgraduate student support.
• Using University systems to update databases, extract data, provide reports, transcripts and other relevant information.
• Working collaboratively with team members across our different University campuses.
• Previous experience in a busy administration role.
• A passion for delivering exceptional service to customers.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programmes.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
