Te āheinga: The opportunity

In this integral frontline role, you will provide administration support to the graduation and academic registry functions and student events. You will work closely with your team members to achieve a seamless process for our student's most memorable life moments that are centered around them and all the important mahi they have achieved.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours a day with flexible start and finish times across the hours of 8.00am to 5.00pm.

You will have a keen eye for detail and thrive on working in Excel where you are competent in data manipulation.  You will need to be organised and have the ability to work to a tight deadline. You will have sound interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with a range of people, including applicants, students, academic staff, and families.  It is essential that you are a great team player as you will be joining a small close-knit team.
