Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
In this role, you will provide professional management advice and assistance, particularly in the areas of finance, academic administration, and staff management. You will also ensure the efficient and effective day-to-day management of the Department's administrative activities, in conjunction with the Head of Department.

Mōu | Who You Are
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person who has significant administration and people management experience within a medium to large office/ organisation, ideally in the tertiary or education-related industry. You will have a natural aptitude for continuous improvement as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. You will bring your relationship building skills to the role to form positive and productive working relationships with colleagues in the department and across UC. You will be highly competent in Microsoft Office Suite and have demonstrated effective financial management and project management experience. Excellent organisational skills, including time management and the ability to prioritise conflicting demands while maintaining a high level of accuracy is essential for this role.
