Position Overview
Toi Rauwhārangi College of Creative Arts at Massey University is a world-class creative college with a legacy of over a century of creative education comprising internationally recognised programmes in design, fine art, Māori visual art, commercial music, and screen arts.
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to support the College of Creative Arts with high-quality general and finance administration, to manaaki our manuhiri (visitors), staff and students, and support them to achieve their objectives.
To be successful you will demonstrate:
- A passion for the creative arts and the enthusiasm for creative environments, people, and activities
- A great attitude towards manaakitanga (support, hospitality)
- Accuracy and an eye for detail
- Knowledge of administrative systems (Preferred: Flexipurchase, TechOne, Esker, eRecruit, ITS/Assyst)
- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- An ability to work in team, proactively and independently.
