Position Overview

The People and Culture team at Te Kunenga ki Pūrehuroa Massey University supports the University’s goal of enabling excellence, by providing Massey people and our people leaders with practical and easily accessible human resource tools and support.

We currently have a 9 month fixed-term opportunity for an efficient administration assistant to join the Human Resources Administration Team.
 
The primary focus of this role is to support the Senior HR Administrators, HR Advisors and Massey staff, through helpful, efficient and effective administrative processes in an HRIS enabled environment. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail will enable your achievement in this fast-paced environment.

As the successful candidate, you will be comfortable working in a team environment with a reasonable degree of autonomy and appreciate that confidentiality is of extreme importance.  You will have a strong focus on client service with an ability to develop positive relationships.  If you have an impeccable eye for detail and sound data entry experience, this could be the ideal HR opportunity for you.  Any previous study in the HR area or working knowledge of basic Employment legislation would be an advantage when applying for this position.
