About the role

The Academic Quality Administrator plays a key support role for the Faculty's academic quality functions, including academic quality processes, student records administration, programme development, monitoring and review, academic integrity, assurance of learning, and accreditation. The Administrator's primary function is to support the Academic Quality Lead, and Associate Dean Academic with day-to-day work and special projects across this broad portfolio of work.

Skills and Experience

You will have a minimum of one year experience in an administrative role and you will also bring with you

  • Experience and proficiency in assisting and dealing with people at all levels with a variety of problems and queries
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Able to create high standard documentation
  • Methodical approach to prioritising work and meeting deadlines

Salary Range: $54,722- $72,118 (appointment level and salary commensurate with skills and experience)
