Fixed-Term Parental Leave Cover: October 2022 – June 2023 (1.0 FTE)

About the role

We have a fixed term opportunity to cover a parental leave from October 2022 – June 2023.  Within our busy Centre you will provide a high standard of administrative support to our staff and support students studying business. You will present a professional and friendly welcome to students and visitors and contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the Centre.

It is essential that you are:

•  A supportive person who is capable of dealing with anything that may come your way and willing to learn and help out when required
•  Someone with a positive and welcoming nature, enthusiastic, self-motivated, who enjoys working in a fun environment
•  A self-manager with well-developed time management skills
•  Someone with great interpersonal skills who can relate well to a wide variety of people and cultures
•  Strong attention to detail and proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
• A team player, exhibiting flexibility and the ability to adapt to change
•  Someone who can manage competing tasks and work well under pressure with interruptions

Experience working in a tertiary environment or studying Business are preferred but not essential.
