The Department of Marketing Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM), seeks applications for two tenure-track faculty positions at the assistant professorship level.

The Department of Marketing Management is broad and interdisciplinary, with more than 30 faculty members, experts in consumer behaviour, consumer neuroscience, strategic marketing, marketing modelling and machine learning. Our faculty members publish regularly in top-tier journals in marketing such as Journal of Marketing Research, Marketing Science, Journal of Consumer Research, and Journal of Marketing, and related fields including Management Science, Information Systems Research, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, Nature Human Behaviour, and Journal of Neuroscience. In this role, you will contribute to the research and teaching excellence of the Marketing Management department at RSM.

Your main tasks
Your tasks include:

  • teach marketing-related topics in the BSc, MSc and/or (executive) MBA programmes of RSM (courses to be discussed)
  • conduct academic research aimed at top-tier journals in marketing and related fields, independently and in collaboration with others
  • contribute to the further development of RSM and the department of marketing management in particular
