Offer Description
We invite highly motivated candidates with experience in cell culture and antibody production to apply.
A healthy immune system clears microbes without damaging the body. For this purpose, immune cells are regulated by inhibitory receptors that serve as a break on activation. These receptors can also prevent efficient clearing of tumour cells. This project is focused on a few key newly identified targets for which we will develop antibodies in collaboration with UMAB. To make the first steps towards clinical application, you will screen antibodies for binding to cell-expressed receptors. You will also test their ability to block these receptors in functional assays.

- Intrinsic interest and motivation for early-stage therapeutic development.
