The TACTICS project is a collaboration between the University of Utrecht (UU), the Technical University of Eindhoven (TU/e) and Lunet zorg. Lunet zorg is a provider of care for clients with mental and/or physical disabilities in the Eindhoven region. The organization is becoming increasingly aware that the collected data can be used to drive a continuous improvement process. The TACTICS project (Techniques for the Analysis of Client-Time lnteraCtionS) focuses on developing automated techniques to gain insight into the development (progress/regression) of clients receiving health care, as well as the impact of the care professionals' activities on clients. Lunet zorg expects that the results can be used to support the executing teams in their daily work by providing relevant and understandable information, enabling them to make the right decisions for the team and a continuous improvement of the care for the clients.

We expect the post-doc to be able to combine techniques from the disciplines of data analytics, process mining, and business processes.
