The program group Developmental Psychology (Psychology) of the Faculty of Social and Behavioral Sciences  is looking for a lecturer who is available from 1 September 2021.

We are specifically looking for a lecturer within the field of health promotion and/or behaviour change for our international Master Programme, 'Health Promotion and Behaviour Change ', previously named 'Development and Health Psychology'.

What are you going to do?

We offer a lecturing position for courses, which have already been developed in the Master Health Promotion and Behaviour Change. In this Master we use a problem-based teaching approach and make an effort in stimulating active learning. You will also supervise students during their internship and Master thesis project. The Master thesis topics need to fit within our teaching program and are preferably within your own research area.

You will be:

  • designing Master thesis projects;
  • supervising students during their Master thesis projects and internships;
  • tutoring in courses (i.e., Sex and Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Obesity, Addiction, and Stress);
  • support the course development in the Master;
  • grading thesis, course assignments and exams;
  • supervising Bachelor projects;
  • giving lectures fitting your specific profile (optional).
