The University Library operates an anonymous application procedure. We highly value diversity and find it important that characteristics such as age, origin and gender play no role in the selection procedure.

How does the anonymous application procedure work?

We would like to receive three documents:

  • A C.V. (Please enter only your initials);
  • A motivation letter (idem)
  • A separate document with the personal details.
  • Anonymising the C.V. and motivation letter means that name, age, gender (and any other personal data) are omitted.

    You can send these three documents until 22 January 2023 via AcademicTransfer with the subject line 'Job Application Employee Front desk University Library'.

    The first round of interviews is scheduled for the week of 30 January 2023.
