With the ongoing REPO-TRIAL project and the soon to start REPO4EU project, both coordinated from maastricht, you would be able to do your PhD in applied bioinformatics for clinical precision medicine diagnostics and interventions, i.e. define causal disease modules from existing and new resources, collaborate within a team to convert those into actionable signalling modules to define diagnostic and interventional strategies, which will be tested in patients.
