The Chemical & Biochemical Sciences department (CBS) at Mohammed VI Polytechnic University is recruiting an Assistant or Associate Professor position for a full time permanent position. CBS welcome applications in the area of analytical chemistry with the focus on developing qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze organic and hybrid compounds: from sampling, chromatography, spectrometry and data analysis. Successful candidates will work in the front line of CBS research fields with a strong focus on innovation in both academic and applied sectors, and in close collaboration with international academic and industrial partners.

Applicants with completed Ph.D. in the field of analytical chemistry will be encouraged to contribute with her/his skills and experience to the research and teaching activities of the CBS department. Extensive experience in chromatographic and spectrometric methods is required (HPLC, UPLC, LCMS, 1D and 2D NMR, MS, Calorimetric methods: ITC, DSC, DSF, data analysis and database management). Experience in general organic chemistry is much appreciated. Candidates with excellent communication skills who enjoy working in a team, are encouraged to apply. A good to high level in oral and writing in French and English is mandatory.
