The file must contain the following documents according to Regulation on the occupation of didactic and scientific-didactic positions in the Public Institution “Technical University of Moldova” , approved by TUM Senate of 22.06.2021:

a. Application to participate in the competition (Annex A);

b. Copy of the identity document;

c. Europass Curriculum Vitae;

d. Copies of diplomas relevant to the position;

e. The list of scientific-didactic activity results, including the results registered in the last 5 years (Annex B);

f. The evaluation and self-evaluation form regarding the accumulation of the minimum score on the occupation of the scientific-didactic position completed by the candidate, only the indicators of the accumulated points are included in the form (Annex C)

g. Declaration on own responsibility regarding the lack of violations of the norms included in the code of ethics and professional deontology of TUM (Annex D);

h. Declaration on own responsibility regarding the veracity of the information included in the file (Annex E);

i. Consent to personal data processing (Annex F).
